Now is the time to renew registrations for snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, and off-road vehicles. Owners may renew their current vehicle registrations for $17.75 until December 31st. Beginning the first of the year a late fee of $5 will be added. County recorders issue off-highway vehicle registrations in partnership with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and are valid for one year. Also, snowmobile owners who plan to ride on public property must purchase a 2020 Trail Pass with their registration renewals. Registration can be completed in county recorder offices or on the DNR’s website.
