Washington will once again be represented in the annual Iowa Shrine Bowl next summer with senior Jadon Crawford and coach James Harris being selected to participate for the south squad.

This will be the 48th annual all star football classic with some of the best graduating senior football players in the state. It also is an effective tool in raising money for The Shriner’s Hospitals for Children and to date the event has tallied over $2,600,000. Harris will be one of five assistants to coach the south squad. Crawford was a captain for the Demons this past fall and a second-team all-district selection. The senior was the anchor of an offensive line that paved the way for the eighth best rushing attack in class 3A.

The game will be played at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls on July 18th, 2020.
