A man wanted for stealing a car in Riverside in September has been arrested. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday officers in Iowa City arrested 49-year-old Daniel Israel Alvarado Zorola of North Liberty. He was wanted for theft in the second degree and burglary in the third degree. Bond was set at $10,000 and he was taken to the Washington County Jail. The initial incident happened on September 16th when a man took car keys from the owner’s room in Riverside and stole a red Honda CRV. Nine days later that car was found in Iowa City.
