keota-eagles

As we sit at the holiday break, a Keota boys’ basketball player finds himself a top of the state in a few offensive categories.

JD Stout has been a constant for the Eagles and currently ranks first in class 1A in scoring with 27.9 points a game. The senior’s 55.2 field goal percentage also stands a lone at the top for players with at least 110 shot attempts. He is shooting at a 40.7% clip from behind the arc and has connected on 41 of 50 free throws to rank fourth. Keota’s high-flying offense is second in class 1A with 76.6 points a night.

The Eagles are 7-1 and resume play January 7th against Colfax-Mingo.
