The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys and girls basketball teams are on the floor tonight in Wellman for a River Valley Conference doubleheader against the Wilton Beavers. The Mid-Prairie girls come into the game with an overall record of 2-5. Last time out the Hawks were beaten at Northeast Goose Lake Friday 60-47 with Maddie Nonnenmann leading the way at 16 points. For the season the Hawks are led by Nonnenmann at 11 points per game. She is also the team leader with 32 rebounds, tied with Myah Lugar. Amara Jones has the team lead with 21 assists and 31 steals.

Wilton comes into the game with an overall record of 4-5. They lost at Northeast on Saturday 62-50 despite 24 points from Kelsey Drake. On the season the Beavers are led by Drake at 21 points per game, she is also the team leader with 72 boards, 25 assists and 39 steals. These two teams met twice a season ago with the Beavers sweeping both matchups by a 61-24 score in Wilton and 59-49 count in Wellman.

The Mid-Prairie boys come into the night with an overall record of 1-5. Last time out they fell at Northeast Goose Lake 51-38 despite 11 points from Luke Boyse. On the year the Hawks are led by Carter Harmsen at 12 points per game. Aidan Rath leads the Hawks with 39 rebounds and Brad Tornow has the team lead with 28 assists.

Wilton comes into the game with an overall record of 2-7. Last time out they were beaten at Northeast 51-41 with Jackson Hull posting a team high 12 points. On the year the Beavers are led by Caden Kirkman at 12 points per game. Kirkman also leads the team with 85 rebounds, and 13 assists. These two teams met twice a season ago with the Hawks sweeping the series 74-48 on the road and 71-55 in Wellman.
