A new splash pad may be coming to Lone Tree.The Lone Tree Parks and Recreation Commission is asking citizens to help fund a new splash pad at North Park. The initiative aims to make Lone Tree parks more appealing for current and future residents of the area., The commission is asking citizens for pledges to provide evidence for a grant that they can raise a percentage of the funds themselves. Citizens can pledge anywhere from $10 up to $10,000 and must do so by March 15th.

The funds will go toward any expenses for the splash pad that the grant does not pay for. If you would like to make a pledge, you can visit the Lone Tree Parks and Rec Facebook Group and fill out the survey. You can also contact City Clerk Stephanie Dautremont at 319-629-4615 to make a pledge.
