The Washington Economic Development Group, also known as WEDG, is looking for investors for their current pledge drive. This multi-year pledge drive looks to expand their financial base for the near future. WEDG provides leadership and direction to enhance economic development efforts for the benefit of the greater Washington area.  Executive director for WEDG David Collins sent out the call for anyone who is willing to pledge and described the tier levels for investing, “Our pledge levels we have from a friend category all the way up to what we call Advisory Council level. The Advisory Council is our top level. Friend levels start at $250 a year, but we’re not hardcore in that.
