A Congressman seeking the Democratic nomination for President will be campaigning in southeast Iowa this weekend. John Delaney will be making 40 stops on his Send A Message Tour in his campaign RV nicknamed “Big Blue.” He will meet with potential caucus-goers at the Frontier Family Restaurant in downtown Washington at 2 p.m. Sunday.
