Dust off your dancing shoes, the annual father-daughter dance hosted by the Washington 4-H County Council registration is open. The “How Sweet It Is” dance is open to the public for any kindergarten through fourth grade girl and the special man in her life, that can be a father, grandfather, uncle, brother, neighbor, or similar guest. It is the council’s sixth annual dance. The festivities include dancing, games, refreshments, door prizes, a fresh flower corsage, and a photo booth. The father-daughter dance is 6-8 p.m. at the fairgrounds on February 8th.
Registration is $20 per couple and $5 for any additional child. Pre-registration is required and can be done at the Washington County Extension Office by January 24th. The funds raised benefit the county council.
