Arrowhead Bowl in Keokuk was the location of a Southeast Conference bowling meet on Tuesday and the Chiefs took care of business against Washington.
The Demon girls fell to the now 20-1 Chiefs by a final pin count of 2,858 to 1,940. Taylor Janecek continues to lead the Demons with a two-game score of 321. Other scores included Dawsen Schluetter 259, Taylor Northup 252, Rylie Swart 252, and Katie Donnelly 196. Baker scores included 117, 176, 101, 123, and 143. Washington is now 10-16 on the season.
The Demon boys had one less bowler and fell 2,792 to 1,872. Ethan Zieglowsky paced the team with a 394 series and Drake Schluetter was not far behind with 341. Other scores included Aidan Miller 253, Liam Eldridge 215, and Zakkary Hesseltine 81. Baker scores were 162, 113, 121, 100, and 92. The Demons are 0-26 on the season.
Both teams return to action February 1st at Fairfield.
