Fiber Arts February will be at the Washington Public Library starting Saturday. The annual month-long celebration includes a number of workshops and displays that feature textiles. Librarian LeAnn Kunz says the Sticks and Strings group will have an exhibit called Creepers, Climbers, Crawlers, “We always do a whimsical exhibit every year. And last year if you got to see the aquarium, it turned out amazing. And so it’s kind of the same idea this year, except it’s going to be more creepy-crawlies crawling around in there. Definitely fun for the kids to come and see. And then at the conclusion of the month we’re going to hold drawings to give away these creepy-crawlies.” For a full list of hands-on activities, documentaries and displays visit the Washington Public Library.
