A Brighton man will serve up to 20 years in prison for delivery of drugs. According to the Washington County Attorney’s Office, 41-year-old Timothy Fluharty has been sentenced to prison for two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, each is a felony. The two charges were the result of Fluharty selling methamphetamine on February 10th and 18th last year. He’s previously been convicted of delivery of meth and served less than two years on a 10-year sentence. On that count he was released on November 8, 2018. He is now in custody in the Clarinda Correctional Facility.
