A tattoo parlor has officially opened in downtown Washington. The Washington Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting for Stray Cats Tattoo Parlor Wednesday. Stray Cats Tattoo Parlor offers both piercings and tattoos for their clients. The business is located at 205 South Marion Avenue.
