Red Raider Nation in Williamsburg will be invaded by the orange and black tonight, as the Washington boys’ basketball team makes the trip for non-conference action to start the final week of the regular season.
The Demons had a four-game win streak snapped on Saturday by falling to Clear-Creek Amana 68-62. The Demon girls also lost to the Clippers 54-34. The Washington boys are 13-5 while the Raiders are 12-6. Williamsburg has won 12 of their last 14 games and a pair of seniors has been their catalysts. Kaden Wetjen and Draven Williams each average 12 points a night for a team that puts up 50 points a game. The potent Demon offensive attack will be put to test against a Raider squad that has given up just 60 points once on the season.
All of the action begins at 7:45 p.m. tonight in Williamsburg and listen to it all on FM 106.1 KCII.
