The Hillcrest Academy boys basketball team finishes the regular season tonight when they travel to HLV to meet the Warriors. The Ravens enter play at 10-9 on the season after a 60-56 win at Danville on Tuesday night. Hillcrest had a trio in double figures led by Eli Ours with 26 points, Kobe Borntrager with 12 and Drew Blauvelt at 10. On the season, Ours leads the Ravens at 19 points per game, 72 total assists and 55 steals. Borntrager is best on the glass with 119 rebounds.

HLV comes into the game with an overall record of 6-15. Last time out for the Warriors beat Iowa Valley in Victor 46-42. Carson Cheney scored 13, Brody Wolf had 12 and Sam Gensley 11. On the season the Warriors are led by Cheney at 13 points per game. He’s the team’s leading rebounder with 122, and team leader with 61 assists and 43 steals. These two teams met a year ago in Kalona with the Ravens scoring a 65-45 win. Action begins tonight at 7:30 at HLV High School.
