A Wellman man arrested for assault now also faces felony burglary charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, 37-year-old Robert Wayne Milford Jr. was arrested Monday night after officers responded to an assault in rural Wellman. One person was transported by ambulance to the University of Iowa Hospital. On Thursday, Milford was also charged with burglary in the first degree, a class B felony. He is in custody at the Washington County Jail.
