Earlier this season the Mid-Prairie High School and middle school archery teams were in action at a tournament in Solon. Kaylee Shirkey led the way for the Hawks finishing with a score of 261, ninth out of 24 high school girls. Other scores for the Golden Hawks included Zane Fisher at 252, Camden Miller 219, Annie Morrison 211, Kolby Karnes 201, Ethan Hall 197, Braydon Younge 194 and Payton Peck 119.
For the Middle School Golden Hawks they were led by Layla Tedder with a 237, 26th out of 49 competing middle school girls. Other scores for Mid-Prairie included River Gehling 232, Landry Gingerich 224, Daniel Rodgers 211, Elijah Statler 211, Wyatt Tedder 196, Milo Sieren 182, Dylan Humphrey 180, Tate Bombei 177, Jason Heitman 168, Christopher Burnham 166, Morgyn Nafziger 140 and Blake Peck 93.
