Due to a special election being held Tuesday, the weekly meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors has been moved to Monday. On the agenda is further discussion on the county’s newly created ambulance department. The board will discuss and possibly take action on the acquisition of vehicles and equipment with representatives from Washington County Ambulance, Inc. Also, on the agenda is a bond purchase agreement, a bridge project agreement with Keokuk and Louisa Counties, and a FEMA Hazard Mitigation grant program. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. Monday at the Washington County Courthouse.
