
The West Chester city council will open its doors and hear citizen’s comments on the proposed maximum tax levy for fiscal year 2020-2021. The proposal sees a 1.99% decrease in property tax askings for the next fiscal year, from $8.10007 to $7.95756. A public hearing will be held on March 14th at West Chester City Hall starting at 9 a.m for any citizens who want to voice their agreement or disagreement with the proposal.
