The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys track team had their first indoor event of the season this week when they traveled to the University of Northern Iowa for the Dickinson Relays. With a partial team at the meet, Mid-Prairie was led by Jack Baker at 24th in the shot put with a throw of 45’9″. Other top finishes for the Golden Hawks included Cain Brown 78th in the long jump, Jack Pennington 80th in the 200, Nathan Wallington 93rd in the 800, Clarke Latcham 110th in the 60m, and Dylan Bunting 145th in the 400. The Golden Hawks fielded three relays with the 4×400 taking 30th, 4×800 38th and 4×200 68th.
