A man turned himself in at the Washington County Jail and is being held on $25,000 bond. Sunday morning at 9:23 a.m. 32-year-old Nkosi Algernon Audain of Davenport turned himself in on a warrant. The Washington County warrant was for failure to appear for pre-sentence investigation on possession of a controlled substance – marijuana third or subsequent charge. The initial incident happened on Halloween of 2018 in Washington. At that time officers arrested Audain for interference with official acts and charges were pending per DCI Lab results. At that time, he was also wanted out of Muscatine County for domestic abuse assault impeding air or blood flow causing bodily injury and Scott County for failure to appear on possession of marijuana.
