The Family, Career and Community Leaders of America organization will feature three Lone Tree High School members at their national conference. The FCCLA emphasizes the development of life skills like critical thinking and practical knowledge through various events. This year, Lone Tree students Macie Bopp, Ashley Yedlik, and Maddie Altenhofen were top qualifiers at the state level and will travel to Washington, D.C. to compete at this years’ national conference. Bopp competed in the Job Interview category, Yedlik competed in the Repurpose and Redesign category, and Altenhofen competed in the Teach and Train category. The national conference will take place in July.
