Citizens of Riverside won’t see any changes to their property taxes for the next fiscal year. The City Council agreed to keep their allotted rate for property taxes at $8.10 per $1,000 assessed value. City Administrator Christine Yancey says the reason for the unmoved rate is because they had enough to meet their needs and had no need to levy more money this next fiscal year. The next fiscal year begins July 1st.
