This year is an important one for Mid-Prairie Schools. This is the 60th anniversary of the district. To celebrate they are hosting an all-school reunion this summer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic some activities have been postponed. The summer of 2020 will still feature the Mid-Prairie Foundation best shot golf tournament on Friday, July 3rd at the Kalona Golf Course. Proceeds from that event benefit the Mid-Prairie Foundation and Alumni and Friends Association. The Pickle Ball tournament will also be held this summer, Saturday, July 4th at the Wellman Parkside YMCA with proceeds benefiting the Mid-Prairie Foundation and Alumni and Friends Association. Events that were originally scheduled to be part of the celebration including the banquet, auction and street dance have been postponed to July 4th of 2021.
