A private memorial service for 46-year-old Lisa Ann Heisdorffer Cutchens of Urbandale, formerly of Keota, will be held at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. A Celebration of Life service will be held in Des Moines for family and friends at a date to be determined and announced later. Memorials may be mailed to Powell Funeral Home.
