Funeral services are pending for 57-year-old Steven Arnold Black of West Des Moines, formerly of Ottumwa. When restrictions on gatherings have been lifted a Celebration of Life Service will be announced. Memorials in his honor may be directed to the Iowa Aviation Museum or U.S. Naval Air Station.
