Volunteer service is recognized this week across the United States as the President proclaimed it National Volunteer Week. It’s a week to recognize the people in our communities who give back by volunteering in a variety of ways. Washington County Hospital and Clinics is thanking their volunteers who have a combined 750 years of service to WCHC.
While social distancing is encouraged to prevent the spread of COVID-19 there are still safe ways people can volunteer their time to help others. United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties can help connect you with outlets to volunteer.
