The Highland School Board will host a work session on Monday for the public to join electronically. HR Green Engineer Matt Wildman will provide updates to the wastewater project at the high school. Wildman told the board at March’s meeting that he was going to discuss other options for wastewater systems with an engineer at the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and give a report on that conversation at Monday’s meeting. The district’s two principals, Angela Hazelett and Jane O’Leary, will also provide updates to online learning and end of year transitions. The work session is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. via video call.
