A road grading and surfacing project on Spruce Avenue will be discussed at Tuesday’s Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting. On the agenda is a project on Spruce Avenue from 135th to Riverside Road. The supervisors will also consider an animal confinement feeding operation at 2012 155th Street, personnel change requests in the auditor and engineer offices, and personnel hiring for the Washington County Ambulance Services department.
