A juvenile missing out of La Crosse, Wisconsin was found in Washington and a local man was arrested for harboring a runaway child on Thursday morning. According to the Washington Police at 8:08 a.m. a search warrant was executed at 315 South C Avenue. The child was located and the La Crosse Police Department was contacted so the juvenile could be picked up.

Officers arrested 24-year-old Clarence Ernest Bell Jr. on a Washington Police Department warrant for disorderly conduct – fighting or violent behavior related to an incident from April 21. He was taken to the Washington County Jail and additional charges of harboring a runaway child were filed. The name and age of the child were not released.
