An Ainsworth man was arrested after a party for a weapons violation over the Memorial Day weekend. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 11:48 p.m. Friday dispatch received a call that someone was at a party when a man pulled out a gun in the 600 block of East Madison Street in Washington.

Officers stopped a vehicle about halfway between Washington and Ainsworth at 11:54 p.m. and arrested 37-year-old Jordan Scott Brackin for possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while under the influence. He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
