A man and a woman in the Washington County Jail had their bonds set at $100,000 following drug violations. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday officers served a warrant on an inmate at the jail. The warrant was for 40-year-old Steven Lee Haberberger of Brighton on charges of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a class D felony; ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony; and two felony controlled substance violations.

Earlier this week, officers served a warrant on 30-year-old Ashlee Ann Weimer related to the same incident. She was wanted for a felony controlled substance violation and bond was set at $100,000.

The charges are related to an incident that happened on December 19, 2019 in the 200 block of East Main Street in Brighton when officers executed a search warrant. Authorities arrested 33-year-old Caitlin Ashley Seriguchi on a warrant out of Illinois for escape and extradition arrangements were made.
