The Highland class of 2020 was celebrated and honored Saturday while being socially distant. Forty-eight seniors received their diplomas. This year’s ceremony was held at the football field with each senior celebrating alongside a limited number of family members in attendance. Matt Butler was named valedictorian and Makala Cox was salutatorian. Before the Huskies left school grounds, a parade around the school’s parking lot was held to end their final Highland High School memory on a high note.
