A man wanted on multiple charges was arrested in Wellman on Wednesday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, four members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a no contact order violation in Wellman. Officers arrested 42-year-old Willie Garrett III of Iowa City.

He was also wanted out of Scott County for probation violation on burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, and domestic assault first offense with injury. Bond was set at $10,000. He was taken to the Washington County Jail with a hold placed for Scott County.
