An Amber Alert has been issued statewide for a missing 10-year-old girl from the Quad Cities. The alert was issued at about 12:41 a.m. Wednesday from Davenport for 10-year-old Breasia Terrell. The kidnapping suspect 47-year-old Henry Earl Dinkins is in police custody.
The suspect vehicle used in this abduction was a 2007 Chevrolet Impala with the Iowa license plate number IVU770. The vehicle and suspect are currently in police custody but the child is still missing. The destination is listed as between Clinton and Davenport.
Breasia is described as being 4’5” tall, weighing 75 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing an oversized white t-shirt, shorts, and white or pink flip flops. Those with information on Breasia are asked to contact law enforcement.
