A new business has opened in downtown Washington and a ribbon cutting ceremony was held. Nina’s Salon and Spa is located at 108 East Main Street. The Washington Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassadors held the ribbon cutting for the new shop on Friday afternoon. It is a beauty salon and clothing store.
