Two vehicles crashed near West Chester early Sunday morning, there were no injuries and four people in one vehicle received citations. The collision happened near the intersection of 190th Street and Ginkgo Avenue at about 12:12 a.m. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel responded to the scene. One driver was a minor and the other driver was 20-year-old Brooke Nicole Beinhart of Indianola.

Beinhart was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign and possession of alcohol under the legal age. Three passengers were also cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age. Damage was estimated over $1,500.
