The Southeast Conference recently released the 2020 all conference baseball teams and WACO’s Nik Coble finished his decorative high school career with high accolades.

WACO has a sharing agreement with Mount Pleasant for baseball and the senior nabbed first team all conference honors as a pitcher for the Panthers. Coble led the team with a 0.66 ERA in 31 2/3 innings on the hill. He had a 3-1 record, gave up just 16 hits, three earned runs, 17 walks, and struck out 41 batters. The two-time all conference honoree recorded a .281 batting average and knocked in a team-high 26 tallies including four home runs. Coble and fellow WACO student Will Edeker were also named to the academic all-SEC team.

The duo helped the Panthers to a 15-7 overall mark and a share of the Southeast Conference crown.
