Celebration of life services for 70-year-old Linda Dianne Messer will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, (8/8) at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church on Saturday afternoon. Interment will be private.
