Rock, pop, country, classical, funk, and techno trolls will take the stage this Friday for Movies on Main in Washington. Trolls World Tour will be this month’s free movie in Central Park and is the second installment of this year’s Movies on Main. The big screen will be put up on the Central Park bandstand and people are invited to bring a lawn chair, blanket, and a snack to enjoy while watching the free movie.
Main Street Washington Director Sarah Grunewaldt says social distancing is encouraged and asks people to be a good neighbor to others attending, “People usually spread out pretty well anyways, but we are asking people to maintain social distance. So, make sure there is a good gap between you and your neighbors. If you bring a blanket, please stay to your blanket; don’t try to sprawl out.”
The show begins at 8:30 p.m. Concessions will not be available on site, but the State Theater will be selling popcorn to go. The next Movies on Main will be held Friday, September 11th.
