It is the last week of summer before school starts in Washington and it is also the last week the public pool is open for the season. The Steele Family Aquatic Center will be closing Friday. Due to COVID-19 the pool operations changed this summer. This week the pool is open for one shift of swimmers from 1-5 p.m. It is $4 per person. All children under 12 must have an adult with them for supervision. The city pool is managed by the YMCA.
