Private family funeral services for 85-year-old David Horsey of Washington will be held Tuesday, September 1st at 10:30a.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A Facebook live stream will be available on the funeral home’s Facebook page. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be held from 4-6p.m. Monday, August 31st at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for the Ryan Horsey college fund. Masks and social distancing will be enforced.
