Changes are being made to the Mid-Prairie activities calendar this week. Wednesday, the school district announced the cancellation of two week two football games against Iowa City Regina and the cancellation of the JV game next Tuesday against Regina. Wednesday evening it was announced by the district that the volleyball game the Golden Hawks were to host against West Branch on Thursday was also canceled. These activities were cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. As of Wednesday evening, 77 students were quarantined due to being in contact with a positive COVID-19 case and two students tested positive for COVID-19.
