The Iowa High School Track and Field Coaches Association released their week two rankings for the 2020 cross country season on Wednesday. In class 2A, the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls remained in the top spot for the second straight week. The defending state champs were winners in their first meet of the year at Anamosa. Six Golden Hawks are ranked in the individual poll. The Mid-Prairie boys are featured at No. 7 in this week’s 2A poll. The Hawks were also meet champions at Anamosa to open the season. Mid-Prairie debuted at No. 14 in the preseason poll. The Mid-Prairie boys and girls will both be on the course next Saturday at Monticello.
