Iowa’s Secretary of State Paul Pate is looking for healthy, young Iowans to work at election polls on November 3rd. He put out a request for healthy, young Iowans who are not part of the high-risk population to consider working during the elections on November 3rd and step in for the older poll workers. Poll workers check-in voters, make sure they receive the correct ballot, and answer questions across Iowa’s 99 counties. An application can be filled out online for those interested in the one-day job.
