Road construction continues on Highway 149 in Sigourney until November. Those traveling southbound in Sigourney on the highway can expect to see alternating lane closures due to ongoing utility work. Highway 149 will also act as part of a detour for road construction closures on Highway 21 east of Sigourney. Construction on highways 21 and 149 are expected to be completed by November 16 and 18 respectively.
