Due to multiple days of rain showers, road construction on 140th Street in Richmond has been extended. Construction was originally planned to be completed Friday, but crews were unable to work consistently this week due to the inclement weather. Concrete patching on 140th Street will now be completed by Tuesday, weather permitting.
