Stopping the WACO volleyball team right now is a tall task that Cardinal was not up to on Thursday, as the Warriors picked up their eighth straight victory and a sweep against their Southeast Iowa Super Conference foe.

WACO made it look easy in this one by winning with set scores of 25-9, 25-9, and 25-11. Grace Coble set up the offense with 26 assists and Morgan Graber pounded out 10 kills while Molly McLaughlin recorded nine. McLaughlin and Aubri Garnsey each recorded seven digs defensively and the team was efficient serving by connecting on 93% of their attempts and finishing with 14 aces.

The Warriors move to 10-1 overall and 2-0 in SEISC play. They look to keep the good times rolling Tuesday when they host Central Lee.
