The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team is back on the floor tonight when they travel to Cascade to meet the Cougars in a River Valley Conference match. Mid-Prairie comes in with a 4-2 overall record, having dropped back-to-back matches to No. 8 West Liberty and No. 3 Wilton in straight sets. The Golden Hawks are led on the year by Tori Boyse with 33 kills. Landry Pacha is fourth in the RVC south with 83 assists. Paige Peiffer leads the Golden Hawk defense with 36 digs.

Cascade comes in with an overall record of 8-3. The Cougars were beaten at home by Monticello in five sets on Tuesday. For the year, Cascade is led by Ally Hoffman with 79 kills, second most in the River Valley North. Megan Smith is best for the Cougars and the RVC North with 193 assists. Brooke Denniston leads the Cougar defense with 91 digs, second in the RVC North. These two teams last met twice in 2014 with Cascade winning both. Action starts at 7:15 Thursday at Cascade High School.
