More U.S. Cellular customers in eastern Iowa will soon gain access to 5G coverage. This expanded coverage will now include customers in Olds, Swedesburg, Mount Union, and Richland. Multiple cities in and around Washington County have recently seen 5G coverage introduced, including Kalona, Riverside, Sigourney, Columbus Junction, and Keota. The 5G coverage will continue to be added to more areas in eastern Iowa throughout the year. 5G services provide better cellular reception, faster internet speeds, and faster download speeds than the standard 4G coverage.
